  • What is Afro Dance?
    Afro Dance is a diverse dance from West Africa and other African countries and has been around for so long. It is an African dance style that is created from Afrobeat African music. This Western African music is mixed with Western hip-hop music. The music alone has a fantastic beat that would get you off your feet to start grooving to the music. Afro Dance is an entertaining and fast-paced dance that anyone would enjoy. With many cultures listening to Afro music and coming up with new dance trends with their taste of style, Afro dance is becoming very popular worldwide.
  • Will I have my temperature taken before entering the studio?
    No.
  • Do I need to be vaccinated to attend in-person classes?
    No.
  • Do I need to wear a mask in the studio?
    Students are not required to wear mask.
  • Are the studios designed for social distancing?
    Students will need to be a few feet away from one another.
  • What happens if there is a COVID-19 outbreak or if I come in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?
    If a student gets in contact with someone with Covid, please notify your dance instructor. The student will need to get tested, and if they’re negative, they can resume classes.
  • What should I do if I test positive for Covid-19?
    Notify your instructor if a student test positive for Covid and is showing signs of symptoms. Students are required to quarantine for 14 days. Students must quarantine for a week before resuming class if there are no symptoms.
  • What is Fusion Dance Studio doing to clean its building and maximize air flow?
    Fusion Dance Studio will do its part to follow Covid cleaning guidelines. To disinfect and sanitize before and after each class by making sure the students are in a safe and healthy environment
  • What happens if I'm running late?
    Students can attend class whenever possible but should show up on time, so they don’t fall behind learning new dance steps.
